I don't like that cart empties after a certain amount of time. Other toy sites hold items in cart for weeks by using cookies. If items or sold out, cart says no longer available and to remove from cart. Also need an empty cart button on cart page.

I'd like to be able to click to the item from the shopping cart instead of just seeing the item number and name.

I like buying at your website. Selections, prices and promotions are great. Customer service is AWESOME! The only thing that can create a problem is UPS and its rough handling of some packages in transit.

Your company had an item I had not been able to find anywhere. During the ordering process, my computer skipped over the page where I could have chosen a shipping option. However, even with free shipping automatically selected, my package arrived quickly, in time to celebrate an early Christmas with my grandchildren! I will definitely order from you again!

Good webpage - easy to find items, well organised. I am a very satisfied customer. The packages fitted the items perfectly, so no damages (as so many times experiensed) during the shipping.
