Perhaps you might add FedEx's policy about not including the day that an item is shipped and/or Saturday as a business day. With the USPS delivering packages on Sunday now, I feel like my order would have been here at the same time without the extra shipping fee for 2 day delivery.

It took about 3 hours and 15 tries for my order to be accepted and not disappear out of my cart. And, when putting in my email address the first time would say I already have an acct. the next time it wouldn't recognize my email.

I called sales and was not impressed with the consultant. Answered questions but barely. This rep did not seem to care about answering questions, and did not volunteer any information. I was trying to see if this is the machine I wanted.
The screws supplied to attach unit to the legs did not work. Glad my husband has a collection of different screws or would not have been able to attach it.
I have yet to be able to calibrate this machine. I can't seem to get it right. Another problem is the computer cord (6') comes out the right side and the power cord comes out the left. This just doesn't make any sense. Means difficult to be able to use without jumping over cords all the time or sit on top of my printer. Will have to relocate everything to accommodate this cord situation.
I am hoping everything will work out, but unsure at this time.

Everything about this order has been absolutely great. My only complaint is the software.
There is only vague training videos and no where to get "quick" answers to questions.
There are some "get started" videos, however once you get started you're on your own.
Beyond that, everything was just as described and the cutter itself seems very well built and working great
