Shopping experience was fine, but there was "0" customer service at all and I tried several times for several days to get ahold of somebody, anybody! I even left emails and never got a response! I would never recommend this company to anyone, I am actually in the process of canceling my order!

The only thing I would recommend is to have the ability to edit an item in your cart. With this you can change something on an item and then update it instead of making a new order every time and then having to delete the old one from the cart.

the check out page seemed to jump around a lot when I was imputing my information. I had to stop wait for a "your order did not go through" email before I actually got the items ordered. It might have bin the computer I was on. I have not had that problem on the other computer before but I did not have the same problem on a different computer.
