Had all information entered and saw available video. Clicked on the video but nothing came up. Went back to enrollment page and most information was gone and I had to reenter. I did have to contact your personnel by phone to confirm I was entering destination and airline correctly. Your representative was very helpful.

It looked like I was purchasing a cancel for any reason full plan but then there was an additional fee listed for the cancel for any reason part - confusing

It would automatically insert something, and when I went to correct it, another thing was missing so I had to go back and correct it. I.E., put in my four digit code for credit card and it inserted letters that I never added.
