I have purchased different Ebooks from Wardee in the past and like the way she walks you thru even the "difficult" topics. It is so easy to want to buy all of the Ebooks/courses that I have to be careful not to go overboard!

I have been interested in traditional food preparation methods and utilizing food choices to heal and maintain the body since reading Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon. I believe it holds the key to enjoying the best possible life and with all the information out there, it is nice to have one trusted place where I can go to find answers and information. I also appreciate that Wardee comes from the belief that our loving Creator gifted us with foods and other natural means to restore and maintain our health and that He uses us to help, encourage and teach each other. I love that there is feedback and a community of people who are sharing so that others will be encouraged and enabled to achieve their best life, too.

Now in my mid-forties I am dealing with what I see as "warning signs" that my body is trying to get my attention and that things are needed to be addressed. Although I try to eat well and avoid things that toxify the body, I feel like I could use more help in tackling hormonal and digestive issues, as well as information to help me see if there are any additional issues with my adrenals. Also, I have shared some of what I have learned with other women who are facing debilitating or chronic health issues and would like to see if there is anything in these ebooks/classes that could help them as well.

In the 1970's, answering an advertising phone call was how I escaped having hot steam sprayed directly on my face because of a malfunctioning valve on a very old-fashioned pressure cooker. Ever since, feeling confident using any pressure cooker has been a problem. Your books about pressure cooking (both I & II) have managed to restore the confidence I need to feel comfortable using them. Other cooking techniques that I hadn't thought of make it more fun too. This type of cooking is a pleasure again. Thanks a bunch! =)
