Quick and easy - did have some trouble reviewing the second side after a few iterations going back and forth to edit. It wasn't loading, but I just re-started and it worked out fine.

I have ordered through Totally Promotional several times and it's always pretty easy. I will say that I did have some communication frustrations in trying to ask questions on production - my assigned designer was rarely available by phone and slow to respond at times - this was a rush job and a sense of urgency was not felt. Overall very satisfied with my experience and will certainly continue to order through Totally Promotional.
