The product we received was great, however, the service was sub-par. Our original order had a guaranteed delivery date of about 1 week, but slow response times pushed the delivery date back, forcing us to cancel the order and start over. This caused us to lose out on the product for a specific event that we'd hoped to have it for. Communication was spotty - we didn't receive a confirmation email stating our order was going to production and had to reach out to verify we would even receive what we ordered. Our delivery arrived 5 days after the original delivery date that was quoted to us. Overall the communication could use improvement.
