My experience using Totally Promotional was great. The website was easy to follow and once I submitted my artwork, I received immediate follow-ups with their customer service. We exchanged emails several times until the aesthetic of the table cloth was perfect. The team went to work immediately and was respectful the entire time. I was a little disappointed with the delivery. I didn't order it to be delivered on a specific date because of when it said the time frame was to be made and that should have gotten it here in plenty of time for event. It was still being produced when was to be shipped.

The tablecloth was supposed to be navy blue. It is royal blue. When I compared it to other navy blue items, it was strikingly clear that it was royal blue. Because the printing is also shades of blue, the cloths are not usable. I'm working with the customer support and warranty department to try and bring about a good solution. The printing is good, and the product, aside from the color of the fabric, is just like the proof they sent.

Great looking product. It came without grommets, so I'll have to find another way to hang it, but that's not a big issue. It looks great.

I like the site. Customer service is good. The color options may be dramatically different from the way they appear and or the color they are purported to be. I ordered navy blue, and I got royal blue. Be careful!

I love the professional look these table cloths give my trade show booth! The cloths are a little bit slippery, but it was easy to straighten them by giving them a tug. I love that they come with a bag to keep them clean and organized. We learned that they are easier to fold up at the end by doing it on the table, because that is a LOT of fabric to deal with, but we will get used to that. There was an issue with my first order, but they took care of it immediately.
