Your Charity Give Back program needs to be revisited. I am working on my Eagle Scout Project and asked if there was any discount your company could provide as my project is to make pediatric patients at a large Chicago Children's Hospital feel better with having their room decorated for their birthday along with having a couple activities/toys. I was given a discount with alot of rules, which would've cost me $225 more to be able to use the discount. When I went to place my order, without using the discount, the 15% discount was being given to anyone who was on the website - so, I was really offered no discount. My mom is really disappointed in how this was handled as the contact person (Rachel Stephens) replied 'ok thanks for letting me know' when I described how this discount was going to cost me $225 more to my Eagle project.

These were for my son’s graduation party. They turned out great. The only thing I had difficulty with was that when I placed the order there was nothing telling me how long processing would take or when they would arrive. I ended up having to pay a large fee to get them here in time.
