The cups arriving dirty is a huge inconvenience. While we clean them before use we now have to do a more extensive cleaning to ensure all the black residue is completely removed. The white cups, soft pink, bright aqua and lips of the hot pink cups are the absolute worst. Especially the white cups, they arrive as if they're marbled.

We've been ordering from you all weekly to bi weekly and have a great expereince. Until we've started to received extremely dirty cups. They have been packed and shipped without the brown paper packing which typically covers the top and bottom of the cups. Leaving the cups to arrive covered in some sort of black dirt, dust or sud residue. I'm not sure if the lack of brown shipping paper is the cause but it's become an issue for us. We typically clean the cups in our dishwasher, let dry and then the exterior with rubbing alcohol. We've noticed our last 4-5 orders have been getting worse and the residue is not coming off after washing.
We're in talks of working with another supplier if this issue is to continue. Please let us know if there is someone in customer service we can speak to about this situation.
