This product met our needs and was sent in a timely fashion. Only negative was that two of the mugs were broken inside of the box. The handle was broken off of one mug and the other was chipped. Product could have been packaged a little better to avoid this.

I like totally promotional's website the best. Easy to navigate while ordering. I tried other sites first and could not get a good design, or the work would be lost, but totally promotional was easier to use and had better design options and better prices. I was happy!

So much better than the other sites. The other sites glitch up and the design messes up. Prices change when you edit your mug, and there's no way to go back to an original design. This site was easy to navigate and customize my project. I could go back and make edits. The prices were clear. The only disappointment was that I couldn't use the LaborDay 10% off discount, and I was really looking forward to using that.
