This was the first time I used Ticketdown.com and it was a very easy-to-use service and worked perfectly. I think the per ticket service fee seems quite high, but the tickets were delivered pretty much as soon a I ordered them and I was able to print them no problem. And (most importantly) they worked fine at the venue!! That was my biggest worry, but everything went great! Thanks!

Not sure why you need to charge $8 for delivery when you're just sending it via email vs. mailing me a hard ticket.
