You have a lot of merchandise to offer although I only looked specifically for one particular gift this time. You are easily available on the phone for questions and I like the free shipping! I also like the "talk to us" feature on your site, though I chose to phone you. I also like working with a family owned business whenever possible as we have a family owned business.
