This was a gift to be sent to another address. When I would try to edit the "ship to" section, it would automatically change the "Bill To" section to the ship to address! I finally had the order shipped to myself and I will ship it to my daughter! VERY FRUSTRATING!

I love the cup and prompt customer service . I had to get a replacement sent due to the first cup being broken. The second cup was packaged more securely and arrived quickly and safely! So far very good! I will be buying more cups and tea!

The shipping should be free especially when the order is over $200. That is the reason for the one star missing on the rating. I love your teas and I usually order them on Amazon prime because the shipping is free that way. I would order directly more if the shipping to Hawaii would be free.
