With the exception of one encounter where the phone rep told me that she could not help when I advised I was having problems with the on line map... my results have gone well and the snow removal contractor is excellent and very professional

The big problem was a failure to provide a reliable contractor. They did not show up at promised times or at all. In the course of about six weeks, I had at least four or five contractors. The work they did was satisfactory, but I just couldn't live with the lack of reliability. A couple of times, I just cut my own yard because the contractor did not show and I could not wait any longer.

I was mostly pleased with the service I received and the price I paid for it. I do have a flower bed in the front of the house that was mowed over and should not have been done. If different mowers show up overtime and I am not at home when they come, HOW can I make it plain that there is an area that should NOT be mowed?
