The experience of shopping online is streamlined - though a little clunky on mobile. The products received were great condition. Only complaint was the delivery time was weeks past the original estimated time. This could have been an issue with the postal service. Overall a good experience.

Customer service was very prompt in addressing my concern. Although I didn't receive tracking information for my package, I still had a good sense that it was on it's way. I received the package when I was least expecting it. I was very pleased to see the sai weapons I had ordered. They were is superb condition. I love the weight and length of them.
