Thanks for the awesome 4th of July discount on Ray Ban sunglasses!! I really wanted to rate you all as 5 stars for all categories, but was unhappy that I ordered the glasses on July 4th and it wasn't until either the 12th or 15th of July and only after I had to send emails to customer service requesting a status on my order before I got a reply. Worst of all is your customer service via phone! No one ever answers and every single time I got the recording stating to leave my phone number and name so you all would call back, you never once called me. Understand delays can happen, but you all should've provided a detailed status. On the positive side, when you all finally emailed and stated they were being shipped (~3 weeks after ordering...), at least they were shipped very quickly.

Communicating with the company was fine at first, but then I wouldn't get any response to my emails or calls concerning a package that took a month to get. Had I received periodic emails updating me with the status of why the product was taking long I would've been fine. I finally received my shades which happened to also be defective and I can't get a hold of the staff
