The product photos on your website are unnecessarily sexualized, and I really didn't appreciate that at all. However, I'm familiar with your products and have been happy with them in the past, so I chose to continue shopping. Otherwise, this would have been a huge deterrant.

The only comment I have is that I did the online chat to find out what the dimensions of the shipping box were and I was told 4' x 4' x 5'. I almost didn't order because I wasn't sure I could get it into the car and home. I was very happy to see it was in a much smaller box. I believe they gave me the actual dimensions after it expands.
It would also be helpful to have pictures showing the products in the context of an actual room setting. I really didn't realize how big this was.

Received an e-mail that my order was being processed. A couple of days later there were boxes on my front porch, no e-mail that they had been shipped, no tracking information, nothing.

Sumo shipped my chair quickly, but Fedex took their sweet time in actually delivering it. Now that I have the chair, I love it.

I received an email offering this item at $99.00, however once into the order form can only get access to them at 149.00 with a $10.00 coupon.

Checkout cart system is very difficult to use.
- I was banned from using the SEPTSALE coupon on a second order, which makes no sense. If it is a site-wide sale, the discount should work for all orders.
- I use LastPass to fill in forms, and this causes the "You supplied shipping info but same-as-billing was checked" error. Just ignore the shipping info in this case.
- Checking the "same as billing" checkbox removes the credit card info so I have to re-fill it.
- The OmiPlus isn't listed in the top nav bar.
- The carousel on the front page is difficult to click on with how fast it moved.
- Login via Facebook is broken. ("Require field app_id wasn't provided" error comes back from Facebook.)
