The product finally arrived after nearly two full months of waiting (several weeks longer than I was told it would be, even after being informed of the initial delay), and I'm still waiting to be impressed. It allegedly takes 4-5 days for the beanbag to be ready, so I'm withholding judgment, but overall the experience has been underwhelming at best and disappointing at worst.

Overall, less than a week between placing the order and receiving it. Very happy with the product so far. The only area for improvement might have been in providing a tracking number or delivery date once my order had been shipped, so that I could have known when my order would arrive and planned to be at home etc.
