Original shipment did not include two free charging cables as advertised. Upon contacting Sporty's, I was advised that I needed to provide a copy of the mail showing that offer. After doing so, Sporty's quickly corrected the order by sending the two cables.

Quick delivery and polite, but unhelpful Customer Service. Item did not work as advertised. Customer Service options were to either tolerate it or pay to return it. No attempt to remedy. Out $20+ in shipping two ways because of a flawed or defective product of theirs. No way to compete w Amazon.
