I think that individual apps of the Softorino lineup are great. But I certainly don't need all of them, so I would rather buy them individually than pay regularly for all. Although sometimes there are good discounts, I will not stay when it comes back to full price.

The questions that I had about the Universal Licensing subscription were answered quickly and completely. The customer service representative was also proactive in anticipating some additional questions that I would have after their first response, which I really appreciated!

Softorino were once great. Then they moved their new product availability to an annual suite subscription format. I hope Softorino shall change this Microsoft approach and start respecting their supporters again. Bring SYC Pro to a standalone product available for purchase. Leave the annual subscription marketing to companies that are only in it for the money.

Ordered the product based on an actual conversation with one of their team (which was unfortunately over two years ago) and just last week went to do the task I was told it would do ... only to find out NOPE that's not what it does! They offered NO refund, even in light of the BOGUS info!!! Nice enough people but mis-represented the product a couple years ago.

I find the website to be purposefully cryptic. I have a universal license and keep being pestered with new app emails yhat should automatically be installed with that license. Instead, the apps show prices which is misleading and can result in a person paying more than once. Also, they try yo deliver to Mac and Windows alike; however, the are a few apps under yhat universal license that fo not run on a Mac.
I personally find the administration of their universal license to be a major pain in the a$$.

The products should be better organized by OS (Windows or MAC).
When you visit the Softorino website on a Windows Computer and you hover over the 'X' to close the website window, you are presented with a pop-up window encouraging you to reconsider and have a closer look at the specials being offered. This is a hard-sell tactic is not appreciated and not in good taste of such a strong and reputable company like Softorino.
