So far my experience with smartyhadaparty was extremely good. I placed my order and it arrived in good condition at a good time period. I have not used the products yet (the event is in 2 weeks) and can not tell you of the quality yet but if I am please I definitely will be ordering again

I received my order quickly. It was a very large box and I've kept it a while before I opened it. I'm very disappointed to discover that the order was literally thrown in a box. There are at least 10 to 12 cups that are broken. The flatware had broken open and broken pieces are throughout the box.
Fortunately, I ordered more than I needed, but I'm still not sure I have enough. This is bad service.
It was nice for a few novels to be thrown in, but "thrown" is the operative word. This box had no packing of any kind to protect its contents. I'm not impressed.
