I bought a product that's sold as a software download. Got an immediate email receipt, but only a promise of another email with the download link. Waited an hour, sent an inquiry to support, got a robo-reply with no new information. Now I guess I'll wait a few more hours to see if I was ripped off. I can't imagine ever buying from SmartFinds again.

I purchased an anti-virus download and waited 6 days before it was sent to me. I actually thought it would never arrive and almost bought from another vendor. I have never had to wait this long before for a download. To promote faith in customers this company should deliver downloads in a timely fashion, like that day, or at the latest the next day.

i placed an order for software on feb 9 and didnt receive my order until feb 17 when they emailed me the link. i sent them an email on feb 14 to cancel my order because i already bought the software from someone else because i got tired of waiting. now i have a charge to my credit card and i am waiting to see if they will issue me a refund. co is totally unprofessional. there is no excuse for having to wait over a week for something . i have ordered from other companies online and i would say this company is the worst

I ordered Avira Internet Suite.
The order at first was accepted. A day later , an email canceled the order " there is no more inventory of this item" as if there were inventories of downloads and authorization keys.
