VERY happy. Guys were great. Polite, friendly, respectful of the house and me. Obviously totally knew their stuff. Great for my confidence on an all new kitchen.
Communication was timely, schedules were made and kept. Very professional in a friendly way.
This is my first major purchase from Sherman's. Based on this will absolutely go back.

Installers were polite and wore their masks the whole time. Very knowledgeable about the installation and product. We have purchased numerous items from Sherman's and have been pleased with each one. Highly recommend them.

The first set of delivery men were unsatisfactory, did not seem to know what they were doing, were unmasked and gave me one reason for not delivering the fridge to the lower level, a prohibition by company policy and apparently told customer service the stair rails could not be removed due to stripped screws. (Not what they told me). After I removed the railings , the second set of delivery men did a good job and completed the delivery. I won't recommend or shop with this company for appliances again.

I April 2020, I purchased Hot Point washer and dryer, then in August 2020, I purchased a GE refrigerator. The quality if the appliances, to date, has been excellent. The customer service at both purchases was excellent and the delivery was prompt. One suggestion to your installers, train them to take great care when connecting hoses to washers ... the team who installed my washer did not connect the hose correctly. Consequently, I had a slow leak that caused damage to my basement floor - paint ruined on floor over time since installation. I had my plumber correct the problem today at my expense. Just make sure your trainers teach the installers to take special with washer hose installation. And, I suggest your customer department perform customer follow-up after 3 and 6 months to confirm customer satisfaction.

I contacted customer service today, and my problem was quickly solved by Angela. She carefully listened, and then went above and beyond to take care of my issue. It's because of representatives like Angela, that I will continue to be a loyal Shermans customer!

Our 7 year old dishwasher stopped working. Contacted Sherman's to have a service tec take a look at it! Scott returned a call to us and walked us thru the possible problem and the estimate cost of the repair! Needless to say we didn't feel the cost of parts and labor would be a good investment into our unit !
