I had changed my mind about ordering a Westland cover to a Carver cover. Customer service was very helpful in answering my questions. I had to get a refund for the Westland cover to my PayPal account. It took several days for that to happen. I think this could have happened much faster. Once I received the refund, I ordered the Carver cover. The processing of my order was fast and correct. I received shipment within 7 days, which was much faster than expected.

The Carver cover I purchased is very good quality. I put it on my boat (tracker pro team 175) about a week ago and it fit perfectly with the exception of the front around the trolling motor. I believe I can stretch it more and it will fit better, but it is very tight. I put the cover on and took my boat for seasonal maintenance. They left it in their yard for a week before I picked it up. When I got home, and removed the cover, water had penetrated the cover and I had a couple of wet spots in my carpet. I guess this is normal but unexpected. The water had pooled in two spots. I also notice that there are a couple of loops for tie downs that I did not have enough straps for. Overall, I like the cover very much and would recommend it as a good buy. It trailers good. Time will tell how it holds up.

The only down side ordered the vent pole along with the boat cover. I do not remember during the order that I had to cut a hole in my new cover to be able to install the vent pole. This is a little disappointing. Cover fits great and installed easy. I will have to take the boat and cover to an upholstery shop to have the pole installed at an extra expense, I do not want to take the chance of distroying my new cover.
