I was originally shipped the wrong parts. My replacement parts were to ship 9-6-16. I wasn't thrilled with the delay to ship my new order. I called on 9-7-16 to see if they shipped and was told they didn't and were backed up by the holiday. I asked about the payment and then was told they were hung up in the system because of a price difference and they would TRY to get them out in the next 24 to 48 hours. They never contacted me with any issue. I had to call them to check. I was off work this week and hoped to install while off. That's not going to happen. Not real happy!

It didn't bother me so much that they shipped the wrong thing on the original order. I understand that things happen. It bothers me that if I wouldn't have called to check on my replacement order it could have laid in their system for lord knows how long. You shouldn't have to push them to correct their mistake on the original wrong order.

Everything about this product was as described. For the price you can not beat it, was about $300 less than the Chevy dealer. Instructions were good and easy to follow. My wife and I had them installed in less than 2 hours and they look great.

I bought these sidebars to go on my 2014 Chevy Silverado. And I just want to say how nice it is to receive something that is such quality. I am a 58 year old man and I put these bars on by myself the instructions were very easy to follow and they were very easy to put on. The bars were packed very well and came to me in pristine condition.
