One of the two batteries is inconsistent charging. Not a complete DOA but only 15% of the time that it will charge. Could you please advise for refund/replacement?

I love this battery. It’s shorter and fatter than the other Kangar batteries I have had and the color is a pleasant blue. Although this battery has a higher capacity than previous purchases, it doesn’t last as long as the others!

These batteries are long lasting. Kanger has a good reputation. Tanks do not blend with base as their diameter is smaller. This doesn't bother me in the least.

The batteries work perfectly, but require a charger I did not have. I am using the old style charger and it doesn’t work on this battery, which has a wider contact. If ordering this battery, be sure to get a compatible charger.
