I was smoking 2 packs a day, I thought a stronger tobacco flavor would be better. But it tasted a bit like cardboard and was a little harsh. 6mg is plenty and a pleasant flavor is what i would recommend. Its been 6 weeks without a cig, wouldn't have gotten this far without the vape.
