Even though igood buy and a reduced price., I am having problems trying to find someone to program the auto remote. I have also learned the cost of the programming is over $50 in areas where I do not live. I will keep looking but may be sending this purchase back if I cannot find someone reasonable and close to where I live!

It ends up the directions that I saw on your site were not completely accurate. I did find a great local locksmith that was able to program the key for me at a much lower price than what I would have had to pay at the dealership. I haven't gone back on your site to check, but it should be noted somewhere that the key does not include a battery. The poor locksmith kept trying to figure out why the lock/unlock buttons on the FOB weren't working, until he decided to look inside it for a battery, and sure enough, that was the problem. I was able to find a battery quickly and so the problem was solved and I have a working key for my Ford again. I still appreciate getting the key from you.

Purchase was fine, see how the product is, There was no mention of the difficulty in programming of the replacement remote. It was not until I read the note in the package that I was told that the replacement unit could not be programmed unless done by a locksmith, even then there is a risk of having to reprogram existing keys and remote. I am considering returning the remote I purchased from you.

innitially I was not happy with this product and felt misled, I have amazon prime and somehow had to pay shipping which I should not have had to. in either case as it turns out. once I received the item I am very pleased with the product. I was apprehensive that I would have difficulty setting it up but it turned out to be syrprisingly easy. It works perfectly and I am very pleased. The $3.50 shipping is not a big deal although misleading but the product is well worth the price to me
