Phenomenal service, issue resolution (because of my Locksmith and NOT because of your fantastic products!), and follow-up! This was a great experience. I was hesitant about purchasing a used key FOB, but with the guarantee and the triple testing of the key FOB that this company provides, my skepticism was at ease. It turns out that this was a smart decision. The FOB was only $30 used and $25 to program at my local lock-shop. There was no problems with my key FOB at all. It is great! Definitely worth the price of convenience for my key FOB! Do want to mention that the lock-shop had to use programming for a model year under my car for it to work. Once that was figured out, it worked like a charm!

This is a great product and the price was much less than I would have thought it would cost at a dealership. I found this remote by accident and had to have it . My remote was old and couldn't work all the buttons. I ordered immediately , got it in a few days and programed it by myself with easy to follow instruction. Now I have a working remote and couldn't be more pleased.

great customer service... was told if I still had problems programming my keyless remote that I could call back. Day after I received it, I found the lost one...lol...but decided to keep it anyway and keep the ;newly found one' for back up..:)

Shopping experience, price, and delivery time were great.
Product, however, was not great. I had new key about a month when the metal key broke away from the plastic remote. Trying to super-glue it back together now.

I purchased a 4-Button Smart Key for my 2009 Toyota Venza as I had lost mine. This company was nice enough to deal with when making the purchase but after that everything went downhill. Replace My Remote sells after market products, which is what I expected to receive but they obviously do not clear out the information from the previous vehicle the Smart Key was synced to. Replace My Remote includes specific information, within your package, that states you should NOT bring the Smart Key to a car dealership to be synchronized to your vehicle. That it should be brought to an automotive locksmith. That might be a good idea if they existed. I know, for a fact, that Replace My Remote does not clear the key from the previous vehicle as I had to bring my vehicle in for service and since I was unable to find an automotive locksmith I asked the dealership to synchronize the key. After 6 attempts, using the proper automotive equipment the dealership was unsuccessful. I contacted Replace My Remote and spoke with a locksmith, on premises, who offered to assist in locating an automotive locksmith in my area - he never came through. I had no choice, in the end, but to purchase a 4-Button Smart Key directly from the dealership and return the one I had purchased from Replace My Remote. Upon making contact with Replace My Remote in order to return the one I had purchased the owner got on the phone and I feel his the nasty attitude was uncalled for. It seems as if he takes it as a personal affront that the item didn't work and then told me it was all my fault because I took the item to the dealership. I eventually received my refund minus 18% as a restocking fee. Beware of this company unless you enjoy dealing with grief and nastiness.

Service from Replace My Remote was great, service from the guy that tried to program it was terrible! I'm potentially out $200 for a key fob that the dealer was going to charge me $170 for. I have to hope that maybe I can program the remote myself.

Woujld have been nice to know ahead of time that we needed TWO working key fobs (to program replacement) PRIOR to purchasing a replacement key fob. Why else would I buy a REPLACEMENT key fob if the only way to make it work is to have the 2 original key fobs,....I obviously lost ONE 0of them...meaning now I cannot program the key key fob that I was sold.

The incorrect remote was sent to me. It took me a while to find an auto-installer and it was 2-3 days past the 30 day mark. ReplaceMyRemote refused to send a correct replacement even though they acknowledged the incorrect remote was sent out and had originally promised to send a replacement through RMA.
Do not do business with this site.
