The girls in the office are awesome and cordial at all times and mainly when I call I will speak with Phoebe Erika and she does a fantastic job on working me through issues timelines and the love in the Philippines I want to thank the whole crew that are helping and working hard for Melba and Brad you guys rock.

It was really easy and clear to communicate with your agent Jade. She answered every questioned and helped me.

There were positives and negatives. Overall, I'm satisfied with the assistance so far. Sometimes when I call some of the agents or reps seem to not have the human aspect of speaking to someone. This is important when encountering clients with a family related matter. Some seem irritated and not understanding when we would be possibly annoyed or anxious with this process. Also, understanding that some of us know the process so it's not a matter of we have no knowledge, or that we do not know what we are doing, or yes, some of us are very computer literate, but it's the fact that we sometimes got this service because we didn't have time and would rather pay to have it done. But sometimes we are spoken to as if we knew nothing. But overall, I do thank you guys for your assistance and work. Jade F was very helpful and easy to speak with. She appear to be very knowledgeable and sometimes sympathetic which is a key factor when we are putting our fate in others hands. Thank you.
