Look there are good and bad companies out there to assist in the visa application process. I lost some money with one of the bad ones. Rapid visa is a legitimate company that will get you through the bureaucracy of getting your fiance a visa. Worth every penny. Highly recommend.

We would like to thank the Rapidvisa company soooo much! We've heard so much about how difficult the immigration process could be, but thanks to Rapidvisa it was no problem what so ever. They helped us gather the right documents we needed for a smooth no questions process.
October 27 2014, the USCIS received our petition. November 18th 2014, my spouse had his Biometrics appointment. January 8 2015, we had our interview and was approve on the spot! The Officer told us to look for the Permanent Resident Card to be mailed in three weeks and surprise! Four days later January 12 2015, the card was in the mail.
Again we would like to thank the Guys and Gals at Rapidvisa and the USCIS department for such a wonderful and smooth process. Now my spouse and I planned a cruise to the Caribbean including his home country The Bahamas.

We would like to thank RAPID VISA and its staff for their work, effort and time they put into helping and assisting us during our K1 visa processing...we filed our k1 visa last september 2013 and received my visa last march 2014 and arrived in USA last april 2014...we are happily married and used Rapid Visa for my AOS and got my green card last october 2014...We were so grateful for all the help of Rapid Visa, the staff are so friendly, nice and helpful.

From the first time we contacted Rapid Visa they were very helpful. They have us the complete list of documents we needed to apply for the fiance visa and they reviewed our documents and caught mistakes we made that would have cost a lot of time. When we completed the application,Rapid Visa submitted them to USCIS and they were accepted. When we were preparing for the interview and medical exam they were there to answer every question(and we had a lot of questions).
During the medical and interview my fiance stopped by the Rapid Visa office near the embassy and they were happy to answer her questions there and give needed directions. It's a big help to have someone familiar with the area for information on banks,restaurants,hotels and questions about the visa. The medical was completed in one day (you have to get there early,they start lining up around 2am). The next day she went back to pick up the medical CD and medical records to take to the interview. A few weeks later going to interview,she said the interview was easy,just answer the questions honestly about your relationship and its approved.
She picked up her passport with her visa and got the stamp for the departure seminar and it was time to fly. It took about an hour to go through customs at JFK in New York. She arrived in November and we were married in December. What a great Christmas gift. I highly recommend Rapid Visa. A friend of mine tried to do his own fiance visa and it took almost 2years because he forgot some documents and it cost him time and money for his mistakes.Our visa took about 5months from approval to her arrival in the US. Rapid Visa fees are reasonable,i checked with an attorney and it would have cost 10 times the amount to have him process our visa. Thanks again to the staff at rapid visa,we will soon be using them for our adjustment of status.

WOW that was so fast! Rapid Visa!
Me and my fiancee Eric sign up in this site(rapid visa) just this year june 2014 and Im already here in California with my fiancee Eric. My visa was approved november 2014 and i arrived in LAX california november 28 2014. Imagine? Glory to God for indeed He is forever faithful!
I would like to give thanks to God for He made it possible for me and my wife to be together.
We heard spousal visa is a long process , thus patience is the main thing we should have. But thanks to Rapid Visa, it only took 8 months to process everything from USCIS down NVC paperworks, Rapid visa stands out. They've got good customer service and truly they know what they are doing. There was a lot of paperwork and waiting but without RapidVisa it would have been difficult and perhaps longer for me and my Asawa ko (wife).

RapidVisa was a God Send to both Ramonito and myself. We checked prices and proticals of Attorneys and they were just out of reach and the time line given to us were years to wait.
We began our Fiance Visa Packet a few months before submitting and paying Rapid Visa on 6.26.14. Rapid Visa was so helpful and detailed on answering all of our questions. Less then 4 months later we were at the US Embassy in Manila for the final Interview. We were in line at 5:30 AM and were allowed in at 7:15 AM, we were called up four different times to answer different questions and at 11:30 AM at the last window we were informed we were approved!
Ramonito is here in Dallas Texas USA now and we could not be more Happy! A Big Thank you to Albert and Irish and all of the staff at Rapid Visa!!! We plan on traveling to Oklahoma in December 2014 to Marry. Texas is not legal yet , but we are sure they will open their eyes soon and do the right thing. THANK YOU RAPIDVISA!!! Rapid visa was the most helpful with helping me acquiring my wife's visa and now working on her AOS I recommend rapid visa to anyone and everyone and get lots of emails from friends in the Philippines asking me who to use and I say rapid visa is the only way to go and well worth the money for sure. We are really thankful that we used Rapid Visa to apply for my K1 visa. I have been worried so much since its hard to get K1 visa granted in Vietnam, but Rapid Visa helped us a lot through the whole process. I had a lot of questions about filling the forms and Rapid Visa helped me out with all of the answers with full details. I got my K1 visa after a short and smooth interview!
