Our preserves are made fresh with seasonal fruit, low sugar and have a best before of one year; just best to keep in the fridge after opening. All our Jams have over seventy per cent fruit content which makes a refreshing change from overly sweet supermarket fare. Bought this for my sister who loves passionfruit. She said it was very nice but a few too many pips/seeds. So it definitely gets her tick of approval.
