The add address part was a little challenging. I didn’t think it took but after the third time adding decided to process order finding the address did take. It was a pain but seemed to work out fine

I've bought a AC Adapter from pwr-plus on another occasion and was extremely happy with my purchase, I am certain I will be happy once again with my purchase.
There was no confirmation of shipment and I couldn't track my order. I received the email asking whether or not I had gotten my purchase and was waiting the requested 24-48 hours before contacting pwr-plus that I hadn't received my item, but today there it was sitting in my mailbox. I'm very satisfied with the product but the process of getting it could have been better.
