Unable to get a hold of customer service in regards to the product change. I've ordered the exact same product but the new ones are now thinner and lighter in color. The last ones are safe for humans but i'm not sure if this is still the same.

I have seen both good and bad reviews on this product, the bad being that the pads were not thick or absorbent enough. Consider the size of your pet. If your pet is small this one will be fine. If he/she pees a river, get a thicker one.
