Alex Rogers is extrememtly knowledgable about all things protein and suggested I try the Wisconsin Whey. It has one of the highest protein concentrations (27g) for a 30 gram scoop. Everything that he said about it in his video is true. It mixes well, is light and fluffy, has a really pure milk-like taste, and is very well priced. I've been a nutrition coach for 30+ years, and I'm very discerning as to what I put into my body, and this is one of the best products I've found on the market. The only caveat is that it's not grass fed, but for the price you won't find a better pre whey isolate product. I'm including a picture of my "protein pancake complete meal" that I make with Wisconsin Whey. It mixes so well and folds nicely into my egg white merengue batter. :) I highly recommend Wisconsin Whey :)
