Drink an hour before and you can feel the boost. Smells horrible but tastes really good. Just mix with a ton of water for good dilution.

The product does perform as described, which is great. The taste is likely as best as dried beet root powder can be without major additives, which would defeat one of the main reasons for initial purchase to start with. Most likely will purchase again.

Product performance was as described. I am old enough to have to monitor how everything effects my bloodwork so I chose the Tectanic Red to stay away front typical pre-workouts. Obviously, I did not get the caffeine boost but that is a negative as Alex has stated anyhow, although the Tectanic Red does appear to help my endurance. I have used many PF proteins in the past and Tectanic Red seems to be another great product put out by Alex and his team.
