I am happy to have the MD hearing aid. It replaces a Unicom that broke after 10 yrs. I could not afford another like it, so I was excited to see this air hearing aid at this price and I didn't have to leave home to get it. It is serving me very well. Just be patient getting the settings right.

As I just now ordered on line how would I know if this was a positive solution? My gut tells me this is a good choice. I hope I am right, THEN I will sing your praises.

I bought one for my 80 year old father to try it out. He loved it, so I bought him the other one for the other ear. Now all I need to do is buy him a years supply of batteries.

Very easy. When the hearing aid would not respond, we changed the battery when that did not work we called md hearing & found out we could not find the cleaning tool, the md hearing sent us the tool and then the cleaning was done and the the hearing aid worked good.

I had a pro model and thought the air model would be an up-grade, but when I received it and tried it out I could not get the volume I needed and so I returned it and got another pro model, this one suits me very good.

Great product for the money. This is my 2nd purchase. I am however disappointed that I did not receive all the different domes to choose from (traditional and/or new Comfort Tip). I thought that the hearing aid would come with a selection of domes to choose from like my first purchase did. I personally do not like the new Comfort Tip domes since I could not hear with that style and used a traditional dome from my existing hearing aid to hold me over. I noticed that the new 13 plus tubing shared the same connection size of the Comfort Tip as the thin tubing. I do use the 13 plus size tubing so that may be the reason why I prefer the traditional dome. Also, I only received 4 batteries with my purchase and thought that I was to get a 1 year supply. 4 batteries might last me 4 weeks LOL. With that being said I would still recommend this product to anyone who, like myself, can not afford to go the traditional route. I would have given a higher rating if I had been given the opportunity to try the Comfort Tip first before having no other choice. If this was my first purchase I would not have known the difference and would have returned the hearing aid as I could not hear from the Comfort Tip on the 13 plus tubing. I hope this helps, it was meant for constructive criticism, not product bashing.
