I am profoundly deaf and its just not strong enough. Still trying it though. It wants to whistle all the time.

they work fine, although they squeal when I turn them up for better hearing. also squeal when using headphones or phone. however, they are fine and worth the money.

The hearing aid appears to work as advertised, although at this time, I have not tried the tele coil. I have some difficulty getting it on but that is mostly because I am using it in my left ear and I am right handed. That was expected. At this time I am satisfied with it, and may eventually buy one for the other side.

It works. It is a blessing to have three levels of sound, though I cannot advance it from one level to another without removing the Aid-Air. It would be nice if the battery fit snuggly in the receptacle so it wouldn't drop out if Aid-Air is turned upside down.

Kindly differentiate what you mean by "Great Buy", "Great Deal", "Great Price", "Great Value". Without knowing your definition of each, they don't mean a whole lot to me. I consider the product to be exceptionally good. I had previously bought one for the right ear. This one is for the left ear and completes the set. They are replacements for the $3000 set I was using. This set outperforms the more expensive set I was using and obviously at a much cheaper cost. I strongly recommend the aids to anyone!!!

My experience with mdhearingaid.com has been totally exceptional. The company did exactly what it said it would. Actually within a 2 week time frame. I've required hearing aids since 2004. The mdhearingaids perform as well or better than the $3000 set I was using and a prior $7000 set that had worn out. I strongly recommend them to anyone needing hearing aids. They perform as advertised and cost thousands less.

I love the size of my MD Hearing Aid, but there are a few flaws that could make it a better product. It is extremely difficult to adjust the volume without removing it from my ear and visibly setting the volume to about 1.5 (where it seems to give the best result). The piece of plastic that is attached to the ear piece is bothersome as well and it prevents me from getting the earpiece set properly in my ear. The whistling that occurs when the earpiece is not set properly is a nuisance. Other than those few problems it is a very remarkable hearing aid.

I would recommend that a small tab of plastic be used instead of the long stiff piece used to aid in the removal of the hearing aid from the ear. Also a larger volume control might help in adjusting the volume without removing the aid from the ear. The loud whistling when I bend over or get my hand too close to the aid while wearing my watch (atomic-radio-controlled) may continue to be a problem.......The size is great and for the most part I am very happy with the results I get from it.

The hearing aid is fine for listening to a speaker and for personal conversations. In large gatherings the ambient chatter and noise can be annoying. I was charged twice for the product on my credit card, but the company refunded the overcharge.

My wife loves it and I am very pleased that my wife can finally hear me, all the time, once again. We have had no experience with any other hearing device, so it is hard to compare. But we do like the product and recommend it to everyone we meet who needs hearing aides.

So far I am happy with the hearing aid and discussed the other day with your rep. that it seems too faint when using my cell phone. It looks like we will have to go to the larger tube to see if that corrects the situation.

Your literature states batteries for 1 year included but not included on the order page? How many batteries are included so I can make sure to reorder without interruption of service? My comments are on the earlier page before the survey???
