I bought Levenhuk D2L NG model from your dealer, it is equipped with lower and upper lighting but the image on the PC screen at 40x magnification can't be seen at all. Very dark image. What can I do?

A child wanted a microscope for Christmas. I thought it was just a caprice. I have read some reviews on the net, watched some videos and decided that it was not a bad idea to let the kid play with it. Now not only a child enjoys playing, but also wishes for biologist career.

have bought Levenhuk 320. liking it so far. looked at milk under 1600x. took some pictures with regular camera. try it out.

Levenhuk 320 is a WONDERFUL microscope!!!I recommend it to everyone who wants to get an excellent result. Superb price/quality ratio. I am very glad to own this microscope!

Bought it to my grandson for Christmas. The microscope is good, but there is a thing. To get a quality image at 40x magnification we have to change a stage glass angle (tilt angle is about 10-15 degrees). At 4x and 10x magnification such gimmick is not required. Is it defective? Can it be returned? Or is there a way to adjust the stage inclination?
