Great cleanse. I recommend this to anyone. It is one of the few cleanses I have done that does not make me feel starved, dizzy or lacking nutrition. The coffee in the cashew coffee helps me get over the morning slump at work. I have done this cleanse for the past three years, with great results!

The hardest part for me was fitting in this many drinks in my day! That being said it was quite easy and I didn't really find myself super hungry at any point. Definitely take them out of the freezer for at least overnight, mine often weren't fully defrosted by the time I was supposed to drink them. Two were a bit sweet for me but the cleanse itself was a good starting point. Will definitely try again.
