This was my very first DE razor that I purchased about 8 years ago. It came recommended as a good starter razor. I have sensitive skin and this razor for me was a bit on the aggressive side at first. I find it's also important to pair a good blade with it. I personally didn't like the Merkur blades that I purchased with the razor. Once I added a Feather blade, used some good quality shave oil and improved my technique...bingo! All is good! This is a very good razor and one that you won't be disappointed that you purchased. It's held up really well as well. I even dropped it once (my fault, the grip is good) and it fell on the very bottom of the handle with a little dent, but it did not break. This razor holds a special place in my small collection as my first DE razor. I hope you enjoy it like I do!

My experience is the same on all my GL purchases. I go on their website, order the products I want, pay and confirm order. They always drop a few free samples in my order so I get to try other products for free! Shipping only takes a day as I live fairly close to DC.

Although Grooming Lounge has their own line of men's cosmetics, they chose to add Molton Brown to their line up. The Molton Brown bath and shower gel cleans you up great and is like your own aromatherapy in the shower. My girl says I smell good afte r the shower too!

I first used the shampoo and conditioner after receiving the samples on the way out from a haircut at the Grooming Lounge in DC. I've been waiting for my old product to run out and immediately added these to the rotation and haven't looked back. The shampoo has a great little kick to start your morning with.
