Great site to order from. They have everything and more that I needed. Had a question about shipping and they picked up right away and answered all of my question. This is a great product and functions really nicely. Only thing I can find wrong is the fitment is a little off and requires a little time to correct the alignment. Still a great product for the price.

The install was straight forward and was completed in my driveway in about 6 hours. I got the package with the muffler, however the diesel smell is still very strong. I passed our smog test here (no tail pipe meter, ODB2 only). The power increase in noticeable and will be nice for towing for sure, as I regularly tow approx 10k lbs. My only complaint and reason for (4) stars vice (5), is the gas mileage. I expected 10-15 mpg increase however, after 3 weeks of around town driving, I only increased a total 1.7 mpg and I drive like a grandma, lol. I painted the back pipe black and cut it at an angle to match the flow of the truck, similar to any stock exhaust on the road today. Overall, I'm happy with the product and money spent.

I did receive the product but it does function properly the only option it gives is the one for the emergency down load. I will be sending it back for replacement.

The product is fine. The customer service is very bad. I never got tracking so when it showed up a day late and we were not home to sign for it we got screwed. This tuner was to get rid of the check engine lights so it runs better with the deletes and then my emissions would be fine. But since you failed to send me tracking I now have to pay a fine. Also failed to email me back after I tried contacting somebody about this issue. If I pay for two day shipping I expect two day shipping AND tracking so I know to be home.

Not happy with the customer service it is disappointing when you have to miss a package and have issues picking it up because working 6 days a week and cannot leave work to pick something up when it was your responsibility to send me tracking so I could make sure somebody is home!!! I paid for two days so I could get the tuner in get rid of the check engine lights and take it to emissions and I could not do that because it came late AND had to be picked up after arranging with the store to make sure if somebody else picks it up if they would release my package. I would never buy from you ever again just because lack of good customer service.
