Spooler arrived in a slim box in good condition. Easy and quick to assemble and used to unspool 250' 12-2NM. Worked great being supported under a step ladder and kept wire untangled and straight.

Unfortunately accurate sizing is not given by the manufacturer (Arlington) of this product, so I had to return it. ESL provided the product to me very quickly and it is not their fault that the item did not fit.

My only complaint is you do not give the dimensions of the exterior of the mounting block.

Very easy to install with great instructions. I wished the faceplates that came with it were green to match the exterior. Arrived very quickly!

Received product very quickly. Product (USI 5304), is advertised as a direct replacement for the discontinued USI 5204 - it is not. It uses a different base plate and slightly smaller plug connector. Both were supplied, but thought I could just swap out the 5204 for the 5304. The plugs are very close, but the retaining notches are smaller.

Plate fits perfectly as cover for round box when mounting a 110 VAC outlet. Sturdy plastic with foam layer to seal against box. Standard outlet cover finishes off the fit.
