We completely agree with Mr. Hillesheim's review of our poor delivery time on his order. At the time of order we quoted roughly 5-7 business days to ship out and it did not ship out until the 15th business day. Our holding tank vendor in California experienced a back log of orders and did not convey to us that the lead time had increased so we could let our customers know. They have done a good job catching up and we now convey that it is roughly 10 business days until the holding tank supplied from this vendor ship out. Mr. Hillesheim was quoted a lead time that we did not meet and for this we are extremely sorry. As stated above we have increased our quoted lead time on this vendor to avoid this same type of misrepresentation. We only hope having received a Ronco tank which is considered the best in the business that Mr. Hillesheim does feel he received a great product albeit a week later that we would have liked him to receive it.
