I ordered a 10x20 canvas of my grandson, because we have one at one and two years old. Our new photographer didn't offer this option, so I googled the size and canvas and came across photosprintedoncanvas.com. I'm very impressed by the quality and great workmanship. I am sending back to have stretched. I didn't realize it would not be ready to hang. I emailed customer service and was told to send it back and write on packing slip that I want it stretched. I am very pleased about that. I shipped it back yesterday.
My suggestion would be a pop up notification at time of sale, prior to order submission, letting the customer know that the unstretched product is rolled up canvas only.

I was pleased with the photo on canvas quality. What I was not pleased with is that the frame was not square! It was about an 8th of an inch smaller on one side than the other. But I will keep the finished product rather than take the time to return it to have it re-done. Not sure if I will order another photo from your company in the future but may try a different company to compare the quality and service.
I am a photographer and would be sending these to my clients and not to have a squared frame would be an issue I would not want a customer to be complaining about.
