Had trouble downloading photo and found out later it was due to the name of the file and not the photo. It would have been helpful if there was a way to know what was wrong earlier. It would have saved me a whole lot of time and energy.

Upload was a little slow and it got stuck a few times. Had to use Chrome as Explorer did not cooperate with your site. But the 2 canvasses we got about a week ago were absolutely beautiful.
