I have been given the run around for 3 weeks regarding a part that needs replacement that is apparently out of stock. I was sent the wrong part and when I filed a complaint I was told the former. However, the website says that the part is in stock. I've ordered the part again, and if I receive the wrong part again then to me it just demonstrates a business that is not prepared to make good on the most basic of business agreements between a consumer and a producer/reseller.
