Fast service to Canada. Texas to Ottawa in 6 days at the busiest time of the year for the post office. I have an old Husqvarna with hard to find parts, thought I found what I needed on partstree. Turns out I was wrong, but when I called in to ask to return it the customer assistant was very helpful, even tried to find the correct part for me again and gave me some helpful suggestions. I was very pleased with entire process, easy site to order from, good prices and helpful staff. Will definitely recommend and hope I have a chance to use them again. A+!

While I did do my own research of the parts I needed in advance of my call, the PartsTree representative respectfully 'listened' to my afore mentioned research and professionally confirmed the accuracy. It was refreshing to hear someone with patience on the other end instead of a 'know it all'. I've dealt with a ton of 'online parts', this was by far the best. Kudo's to my sales lady, she was truly amazing he best.

I tried to order wingnuts for the air filter on my Exmark Mower. I received hex nuts. Tried again and didn't receive the right part again. This is obviously the end of the mowing season in Massachusetts (December). I ended up talking with a customer service rep who told me what I'd done wrong. The 1/4x28 bolts all have the same first 5 digits. We went the the exploded view, then to the parts list for that view and got the right part when I added the 4 digit suffix. They credited my account for the shipping on the first 2 orders.
