When it comes to web hosting, Pacifichost is clearly ahead of the pack
I should know, I have been changing hosting companies, one after the other, for well over a year. Trying to find just one, who deliver what they promise.
Excellent customer support, knowledgeable tech support and their investment in maintaining and keeping their system hardwa
re updated, have made PacificHost one excellent hosting company.
The speed of their server is very fast. One feature I offer on my website is streaming videos. I checked some of the major companies that stream videos to compare things such as buffering, the speed of PacficHost server is far superior to most of them.
This is one company I can honestly say, its great to be doing business with

What can i say?
the last host i used (witch advertised the same services/specs as pacific) was so slow and did not even support half the scripts pacific does!
Glad i moved to pacific a few teething problems but all at my own fault but pacific staff helped sort it out :) recommended to all

After several hosts I have finally found one I won't have to move from again
At 3am or 3pm I have always received good and quick tech support on some changes or issues that were very minor. I've had other good hosts but I don't think any have come to the success of Pacifichost. They have a great website, service and I'm making a killing with the af
filiate program. Very happy with these guys and I'm proud to be a client

I had been through MANY MANY MANY hosting companies including Cirtex, Anhosting, Hostgator and a few other local hosting services etc but these guys were always causing me some problem of the other.
When i signed up with Pacifichost my life became a pathway to heaven, iv had almost no problems with my hosting since, i use
d to have a few issued with the email service but since i put up complaints they worked hard on making sure the problem would get corrected.
When i needed help of advice i could go to their online chat and just ask the support person directly and get a lightening fast response. But if the problem required more assistance then the person would get me a support ticket and with a few hours my problem would be solved. At most i have had to wait for 24 Hours.
They really take care of their customers.
Pricing wise they may not be the best but they do certainly have great service, worth the extra i pay

Signup was a breeze and for the two times I submitted a support ticket they always answered within an hour so I was pleased with that too. I just needed some help installing phpmotion on my site and they did it so thats good. The control panel is nice too, I mean it's cPanel so not
much more to say about that. Overall this is a great host I've had a good time with

I signed up and had no issues. Ralph was great in the tech support department, he installed phpmotion for me in about an hour after I submitted the ticket. I haven't had really any issues that I can think of to be honest and not sure what else to say, they are good and a true hosting company, hope they keep up the

I have to admit I'm the first one the complain but I always say "thank you" and tip very well
for a job well done but I do have to (and am compelled) to post something about Pacifichost.
I have had several reseller accounts and several web hosting accounts. Monster, Bluehost, Webhostingbuzz, Fasthost...etc.
Pacifichost has always been incredib
ly fast in response and incredibly wonderful on a customer service standpoint. I've been a total "*****" when it felt like everything was going wrong and it seemed like the world was out to get me with clients and their websites completely falling apart and Pacifichost has been nothing but GREAT, professional and managed to tame even ME (ultra *****, ice princess, freakout client) and have always solved the problem and explained what happened, what I DID WRONG (yes...usually it's me just not knowing) and have taught me a lot.
I just want to say Thank You. It's been great, you guys/gals have been perfect and I would whole heartedly recommend you. If anyone has a problem it is a one-off that we all have and they should get past it. They have been AMAZING!
So thanks and sorry for all my "support tickets" but YOU KNOW HOW IT IS and I appreciate ALWAYS the fast response and help
